No RA is required. If you would like to exchange it for something simply write on the receipt what you would like to exchange it for. All shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. All credits will be done in the manner the item was originally paid. Paypal for Paypal, Master Card to Master Card etc. Credits take any where from 3 to 10 days to show on your card or paypal etc. If you have a question about a return please email below and specify return. If you made a return and its been longer than two weeks email below to ask the status of this return. If you return an item without all original contents, including manuals, adaptors, paperwork, warranty cards, etc. or if you in any way damage or alter the item intself such as putting velcro on a pedal you are returning, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon a Musictoyz inspection.
Q. I made an order but want to know the status of it. Where is my stuff ?
A. First try going to My Acct on the website and entering your Zip Code and Order Number. This should bring up your account status and give you the information you need. If it doesn't please use the email form below and tell us the order # so we can track your order and email you back the information you desire.
Q. I need the tracking number for my order. Where can I get it?
A. You usually will get a email with your tracking number from Music Toyz.com and UPS within 24 hours of your ordering being shipped. Sometimes these emails do not go thru so you may email us below to find out your tracking number. If you order was not shipped due to backorder or other complications you will not receive a tracking number.
Q. I ordered something or want to order something but I want to know if it's in stock first. Who do I ask?
A. Just send a email below and select In Stock and list the items you are interested in. Also make sure you state if its New or Used.
Q. What is the time limit on returns?
A. You have 5 days to send it back from the day you receive the item(s). This does not mean we need to get it back in 5 days just that its in route within 5 days.
Q. I received my products but something is broken, damaged, or wrong ?
A. Email us below immediately so we assist you in taking care of this problem. All efforts will be made to get you a working/correct product quickly as possible.
Q. How much is shipping ?
A. Shipping for the USA starts at the following :
UPS Ground $5.95
UPS 2nd Day $13.95
UPS Overnight $23.95
These are based on 1 lb packages. If you order a amp that weighs 35 lbs it will not be $13.95 for 2nd day air. It will be adjusted to the proper UPS cost of shipping. We do not make money on shipping like other companies we just charge what UPS charges. You may email below to find out what the shipping cost will be. COD is also $6 from UPS. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii you can NOT select UPS Ground. It will be upgraded to 2nd Day Air.
For international orders UPS Air starts at $24.95 for a 1lb package to most parts of the world. Orders that weigh more than this will be adjusted accordingly. We do NOT ship US Air Mail anymore as they do not provide tracking information. A few bucks more is well worth it for service that is twice as fast and trackable.
Q. I ordered something but didn't get a confirmation number. Who can I speak to?
A. You should have gotten a email when you made your purchase online. If you made a phone order there will be no confirmation email till the item ships. Please use the email below to ask what is going on with your order or if your order in fact went thru. Select Order Confirmation.
Q. What forms of Payments do you take ?
A. We take Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal and COD/Money Order. COD there is a $6 UPS charge. COD is not allowed outside of the USA.
NOTE ! When ordered make sure you pick the type of payment you would like. If you don't it will take you to Paypal automatically !
Q. I live outside the USA how does this work ? Is there duty ? What's the shipping cost ? Do you take Credit Cards ? ?
A. Music Toyz.com ships international everyday. Just order online and choose international shipping. Shipping costs start at $24.95 for 1lb box. Orders that weigh more than this will cost more $. If you have questions on shipping cost please use the email below.
Duty Taxs are collected at most countries. We have no idea what the taxs will be as we ship to so many different countries and are not knowledgeable on all the taxs.
Yes we take all Credit Cards from our international customers.
Q. I received a email saying my card was declined because the address of the order did not match my billing address for my card. What should I do.
A. This is called a Address Verification Error. You need to email us below with the correct address for the card. It will be shipped to the location you put on your order but we need this address to get your card approved. Select AVS on the email and make sure you put your order #.
